Am 26. April sei die Website des Konzerns f\u00fcr Stunden nicht erreichbar gewesen, genau am Vortag der j\u00e4hrlichen Aktion\u00e4rs- Versammlung.<br \/>\nAm 23. Mai reichte der Konzern Klage in Paris ein, das Gericht setzte eine Anh\u00f6rung f\u00fcr den 3. Oktober 2007 fest.<\/p>\n<p>ACT UP Paris hatte nach dem drastischen Vorgehen des Pharmakonzerns gegen Thailand u.a. zu einem Internet-Protest am 26. April aufgerufen. Eine gro\u00dfe Zahl Menschen hatte sich daran beteiligt. Massive Aufrufe der Abbott-Seiten sollten die Rechner des Internet- Auftritts des Konzerns verlangsamen oder \u00fcberlasten.<\/p>\n<p>ACT UP Paris betont angesichts der Abbott-Klage, dies sei das erste Mal, das ein Pharmakonzern eine Klage gegen die Gruppe eingereicht habe. Abbott zeigt sich scheinbar auch hier als zweifelhafte &#8218;Speerspitze&#8216; der Aids-Pharmaindustrie.<\/p>\n<p>Der Pharmakonzern Abbott war erst j\u00fcngst massiv in die internationale Kritik geraten, nachdem er Thailand in der Auseinandersetzung um den Zugang zu lebenswichtigen Aids-Medikamenten drohte, dem Land zuk\u00fcnftig innovative Medikamente vorzuenthalten.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Text 22.
